1. Purpose

NetSafe Watch is a free, public-interest tool that allows community members to anonymously report unsafe activity and online threats. It is not an emergency service.

2. No Emergency Response

If you are in immediate danger or facing an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Reports submitted here are not monitored in real time.

3. Accuracy of Reports

Reports are community-submitted and may not be verified. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of reported information.

4. User Conduct

• You agree not to submit false, misleading, or malicious reports.
• You will not submit personal information about others without consent.
• You will not attempt to abuse, overload, or attack the Service.

5. Moderation

We reserve the right to review, hide, or remove reports that violate these terms or appear to be spam, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for actions taken (or not taken) based on reports published here.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
